5. Lending and investment services
Specific services described on the Site — including but not limited to asset-backed lending against property, cryptocurrency, and precious metals, and short-term investment opportunities — are subject to:
- eligibility and suitability checks;
- satisfactory anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), source-of-funds and source-of-wealth verification;
- independent valuation and due diligence of any asset offered as security;
- the execution of legally binding facility, security, custody and/or subscription documentation; and
- our prevailing internal credit, lending and risk policies.
Loan-to-value ratios, terms, fees, interest rates, fee structures, expected yields and indicative figures shown on the Site are illustrative only and do not constitute a binding offer. The actual terms of any transaction will be set out in the relevant signed agreement.
Investments offered through Bloombar Capital may only be available to certain categories of investor (for example, high-net-worth individuals, sophisticated investors, or professional clients as defined under FCA rules). Capital is at risk and is not protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme unless expressly stated in the relevant offer documentation.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, logos, graphics, images, videos, software, and the overall design and layout — is owned by Bloombar Capital or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site shall not exceed £100, save where a separate written agreement with Bloombar Capital provides otherwise in respect of services delivered under that agreement.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, save that, if you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with any separate agreement between you and Bloombar Capital relating to specific services, constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to the use of the Site.
